Job summary

Phoenix Children's Center for Heart Care invites an ACHD cardiologist to join the largest ACHD program in Arizona. The physician will provide outpatient and inpatient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in education for trainees and fellows.

The role includes involvement in research and statewide advocacy, with affiliation to the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent degree required.
• Board certified/eligible in Pediatric Cardiology required.
• Board certified/eligible in Adult Congenital Heart Disease required.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient and inpatient care to ACHD patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Engage in teaching medical students, residents, pediatric cardiology and adult cardiovascular disease fellows.
• Contribute to research initiatives.
• Participate in statewide and nationwide ACHD advocacy efforts.
