What you'll do:
  • Own the ACH product backlog, feature priorities and release scope aligned to company goals, client needs and market demands.
  • Define feature-level objectives and success metrics for ACH capabilities, including straight-through processing, exception rates, return rates and settlement timeliness.
  • Develop requirements and acceptance criteria for ACH use cases, including origination, incoming processing, returns, Notifications of Change (NOCs), reversals and same-day ACH.
  • Translate National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) rule updates and regulatory changes into actionable product requirements, controls and implementation plans.
  • Lead cross-functional discovery and delivery with engineering, architecture, risk, compliance, operations and client-facing teams.
  • Own ACH exception and decisioning experiences, including workflows for pay and return decisions, NOC handling and return file outcomes.

  • 3+ years of experience applying NACHA operating rules and governance expectations to ACH processing, controls and product requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with compliance and risk stakeholders on ACH controls related to Regulation E (Reg E), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements, fraud considerations and operational risk.
  • Experience using operational and product metrics to prioritize enhancements, investigate defects and improve product reliability.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience with Finxact ACH concepts and configuration patterns, including network ACH controls and return or NOC behaviors.
  • Familiarity with API-based product ecosystems and tools such as Postman for workflow validation.
  • Understanding of Originating Depository Financial Institution (ODFI) and Receiving Depository Financial Institution (RDFI) roles, Standard Entry Class (SEC) codes, prenotes, same-day ACH constraints and settlement risk considerations.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market readiness through internal enablement, implementation guidance and product documentation.
