Position Purpose:
As the Marketing Manager at AceBounce, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our dynamic and rapidly expanding brand. You will be responsible for executing a wide range of marketing initiatives, from programming and campaign management to public relations and product. Your focus will be on maximizing revenue opportunities, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting AceBounce’s overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Marketing Initiatives: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and collateral to meet sales goals and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Venue Collaboration: Partner with venue leadership to assess marketing readiness, establish support strategies, and set clear expectations for marketing efforts.
  • Social Media & Online Presence: Assist with social media management as needed and monitor AceBounce’s online reputation to maintain a positive public image.
  • Brand Consistency: Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all marketing materials align with AceBounce’s voice and values.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the local venue marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • PR Management: Own all PR activities, ensuring clear and consistent communication to the media and public.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with venue-specific strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with peers to generate local marketing ideas, gather feedback, and provide “boots-on-the-ground” support.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as required by leadership to support business objectives and brand growth.
Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in brand marketing, with a strong preference for experience in “eatertainment” or similar hospitality industries.
  • Proven Success: A demonstrated track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that achieve measurable results (KPIs).
  • Fast-Paced Execution: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business needs and translate them into actionable marketing solutions.
  • Storytelling Expertise: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Budget Management: Proven experience in managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and impactful spending.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities to solve complex marketing challenges.
  • Cultural Fit: A passion for fun and creativity
