Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced ACE Investigator to support a large Federal agency initiative in Atlanta, GA. The role requires strong investigative techniques and fraud detection skills to generate and advance investigations across healthcare, contracting and grants.

You will work with ACE attorneys and agency personnel, analyze records and data, prepare formal reports, and assist with interviews, subpoenas, and findings.

Qualifications

• Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and related databases for document review and data analysis.
• Ability to review legal and non-legal documents to extract relevant information and assess implications.
• Strong independent thinking and investigative strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Generate new investigations and continue ongoing cases involving fraud across health care, contracting, and grants.
• Meet with ACE attorneys and agency personnel to generate investigations and coordinate activities.
• Prepare reports on progress and findings, including analyses of electronic data and witness statements.
• Examine financial records, payrolls, invoices, and related documents to identify irregularities.
• Perform sophisticated analyses on large datasets (health care claims, financial data) to develop leads.
• Assist with interviews, subpoenas, and other legal processes related to ACE investigations.
