Niemann Foods Ace Hardware is seeking a friendly Cashier in Madison, WI. You will scan items, handle payments, issue receipts, and assist customers with questions about products and promotions. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized checkout area and support a smooth shopping experience for guests.

Strong customer service skills, money handling, and the ability to multi-task are essential. This on-site role offers daily pay options and a benefits package for eligible full-time staff.

SUMMARY

The responsibilities of the Ace Hardware Cashier is to scan the customer’s selections, ensure that the prices and quantities are accurate, accept payment, issue receipts, answer inquiries, provide helpful information to customers about products, promotions, item location and some stocking. Cashiers also respond to complaints with genuine concern, assist the Store Director in creating a positive store atmosphere for customers and a positive working environment for Associates while working in a safe manner
