Salary: USD $44.23/Hr.

Adult Community Clinical Services is a Department of Mental Health funded service designed to deliver evidence-based interventions within a clinically focused model. Individuals served are diagnosed with mental illness or dual diagnosis and reside in their own homes, apartments, or in group living environments. Our services focus on helping people transition to more independent environments while maximizing their natural supports by building skills and achieving personal goals. The teams are tight-knit, supportive, and multidisciplinary. Open Sky’s talented clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff provide quality, compassionate care to individuals served.

Open Sky supports clinicians working toward licensure! All applicants with a related Master's Degree are encouraged to apply and discuss career pathing, free CEUs, and licensure reimbursement with a recruiter.

Clinicians support individuals with mental health challenges in Residential, Supported Housing, and Community settings. Responsibilities include screening, enrollment, assessments, and developing Individualized Treatment Plans using Person-Centered Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with individuals served and develop shared understanding of their goals.
  • Collaborate with Care Coordination Entities, Emergency Service Providers, outpatient clinics, and other providers to meet the needs of individuals.
  • Develop partnerships with community-based providers to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct individual sessions, facilitate support groups, and provide clinical consultation and staff training.
Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Services field with current licensure or licensure eligibility required. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Open Sky offers a competitive compensation model, free CEUs, paid licensure, and salary ranges based on licensure and experience:

  • Master’s Degree, no license: $80,000 - $83,000
  • Pathway to LMHC/LMFT: $83,000 - $86,000
  • LCSW: $87,000 - $90,000
  • Independent License (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC I): $90,000
