Job Overview

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Director for Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) in Worcester. This role involves providing clinical oversight, supervising clinicians and substance abuse counselors, and ensuring thorough assessments and treatment planning.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinical staff and oversee screening, enrollment, and assessments of individuals served.
  • Develop strategic plans for evidence-based practices and clinical approaches.
  • Conduct direct clinical interventions and participate in quality improvement processes.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree and Licensed Practitioner (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADAC I) or License Eligible.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Service management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: USD $44.71/hr.
