Responsibilities

• Coordinate CDPH and CMS surveys, licensure, relicensing, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate Joint Commission preparedness, surveys, and accreditation materials.
• Lead internal auditing, training, and education activities for regulatory compliance.
• Provide back-up coverage and trend analysis for accreditation and regulatory activities.
• Analyze tracer data, create executive-level reports, and monitor safety and quality metrics.
• Support safety initiatives and participate in other duties as assigned.
• Communicate and coordinate with SVH leaders, departments, and regulators.
