Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of professional management/administration experience.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Administrative or business experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DJJ facilities' ACA and PREA accreditation processes.
• Collaborate with program participants on planning, implementing, and monitoring provision of each program services.
• Coordinate the ACA accreditation process and provide documentation for 422 ACA standards, with 31 mandatory to maintain accreditation.
• Oversee, plan, coordinate, and review work of staff involved in the accreditation process.
• Monitor facility programs to ensure ACA compliance and recommend changes as necessary.
• Coordinate and prepare for PREA and other audits within the facility.
• Monitor and facilitate compliance with 185 standards, 43 of which are mandatory.
• Oversee facility programs to ensure they meet standards and implement changes as needed.
• Provide professional support to DJJ in maintaining records.
• Review, maintain, and archive facility files per retention schedule.
• Collect and analyze data related to programs and collaborate with facility managers to obtain required documents.
• Assist in developing, facilitating, and conducting initial and annual training on ACA and PREA standards for staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
