Evidence in Motion is seeking an Accreditation Manager for University Partnerships and Post-Professional Accreditation to lead a pod of coordinators and drive regulatory compliance across programs. • Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach, and evaluate high-performing teams.
• Experience assigning work, prioritizing deadlines, and ensuring quality across multiple workflows.
• Advanced understanding of accreditation standards, documentation requirements, and CE processes.
• Attention to detail in review of complex accreditation materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and accreditation-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of accreditation coordinators to support accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee accreditation workflows for UP and Post-Professional programs with alignment to accrediting bodies.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of accreditation documents.
• Identify risks or delays and implement corrective actions.
• Guide faculty documentation workflows to meet accreditor expectations.
• Coordinate with Program Directors, faculty, Operations, and UP leadership on workflows.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback; support hiring and onboarding.
