Job summary

Adult Congenital Heart Association seeks an Accreditation Manager to guide CHD programs toward ACHD accreditation. You will oversee the accreditation program, coordinate with accredited centers, and champion improvements in patient-centered care nationwide.

The role requires experience with standards-based initiatives, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including annual material updates and data governance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating standards-based initiatives or accreditation programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to oversee and drive programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with databases and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and evolution of the ACHA ACHD Accreditation Program.
• Maintain communication with Centers, Accreditation Committee, and leadership.
• Evaluate accreditation criteria and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Guide applicants through the process from initial application to accreditation.
• Update manuals, agreements, templates, and itineraries annually.
• Collaborate with staff to develop regional development and expansion proposals.
• Maintain accreditation databases and ensure data accuracy and security.
