Job summary

Kenaitze Indian Tribe is seeking an Accreditation and Policy Coordinator to support the Quality, Compliance, and Privacy department in maintaining accreditation and policy management programs. The role will monitor the policy management software, track documentation, and alert the manager of needed revisions to comply with regulatory changes.

You will assist in CARF readiness and help manage training on the Policy Management System, ensuring adherence to tribal, federal, and state requirements.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business field.
  • Two years of administrative assistant or high-level office support experience.
  • Understanding HIPAA and related regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Train on the Policy Management System.
  • Monitor policy management software for timely reviews.
  • Track accreditation documentation and deadlines.
  • Enter monthly receipts and invoices for the department.
  • Alert manager to regulatory changes and policy updates.
  • Take meeting notes and arrange meetings and equipment.
