Job summary

UnityPoint-St Luke's in Sioux City, IA seeks an Accreditation and ISO Program Manager to oversee readiness with regulatory bodies (DNV, CMS, state health departments), leading corrective actions and performance improvement initiatives. This full-time, days role collaborates across departments to ensure continuous compliance and survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field or leadership required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare setting and quality improvement processes.
• Certified Healthcare Operations Professional—Basic or Advanced from DNV Healthcare within 1 year required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory surveys; compile action plans and ensure timely completion.
• Serve as primary contact for accrediting bodies (DNV, CMS, IDPH, etc.).
• Lead development of robust survey readiness and corrective action programs.
• Travel to UPH hospitals to support surveys and readiness.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives across departments.
