The Accreditation Coordinator supports the university’s institutional effectiveness and compliance efforts by coordinating accreditation-related activities, assessment processes, and regulatory documentation across Larkin University School of Dental Medicine (LU-SDM) academic and administrative units. Primary responsibilities include supporting programmatic, state, and institutional accreditation initiatives; maintaining accreditation timelines, reports, and evidence repositories; assisting with substantive change and compliance reporting; and collaborating with academic leadership to ensure alignment with institutional, state, and accreditor standards. The Accreditation Coordinator works closely with the Office of Accreditation, Institutional Research & Effectiveness (AIRE) and university stakeholders to collect institutional and programmatic data used to inform accreditation planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts. This role assists with the coordination of assessment reporting, faculty credentialing documentation, policy compliance tracking, and site visit preparation while supporting academic planning and program review processes through evidence-based practices and institutional data analysis. The Accreditation Coordinator contributes to fostering a culture of accountability, assessment, and continuous improvement by supporting accreditation readiness, maintaining compliance processes, and promoting data-informed decision-making throughout the school. The Accreditation Coordinator reports directly to the Associate Vice President within AIRE.
