Job summary

Lexington Health, Inc. in West Columbia, SC is seeking an Accreditation Coordinator to manage CALEA/SCLEA accreditation for the agency, ensuring compliance and timely documentation.

You will collect proofs of compliance, update standards, assist with on-site inspections, and coordinate staff training and policy development with minimal supervision.

The role demands strong written and oral communication, data analysis, and the ability to work across departments to support accreditation readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum Years of Experience: Two (2) years of law enforcement/public safety or related operations
• Substitutable Education & Experience: None
• Required Certifications/Licensure: Accreditation Manager certification required or to be obtained within two years
• Required Training: Windows OS; ability to read/write English fluently and follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Manages CALEA/SCLEA accreditation process for the agency.
• Collects proofs of compliance and documents adherence to standards.
• Coordinates on-site inspections and staff training; assists in policy development.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and organizational standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned and analyzes data to support accreditation readiness
