UVA Health in Virginia is looking for a qualified individual to coordinate activities ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and state licensing requirements. This position involves maintaining readiness for healthcare inspections and helps implement performance improvement programs.

Responsible for the planning and coordination of activities designed to maintain ongoing compliance with Accreditation Standards, CMS Conditions of Participation, and State Licensure Requirements. This position assists in keeping the organization in an ongoing state of readiness for all healthcare licensing and accreditation surveys. This position will also assist in the implementation of programs and services to improve the clinical and operational performance as they relate to licensing and accreditation.
Education: Bachelor's degree. 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Four years of relevant experience.
Licensure: Subject matter licensure may be required.
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job occasionally requires traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs.
The pay range for this role is $62,691.00 - $125,382.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
