Parker Hannifin Corporation's Industrial Process Filtration division seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee portfolio and operations for North America. You will lead a team of AR specialists, investigate payment discrepancies, monitor DSO, and ensure month-end close aligns with internal controls.

This role emphasizes process improvements and compliance, with opportunities to implement automated tools within a global manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business often preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting platforms (Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Portfolio & Operations Management: Manage complex enterprise and high-value customer accounts, ensuring timely billing and collections.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Train, mentor and support AR specialists, serving as the first level of escalation for difficult billing and collection issues.
• Dispute & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex payment discrepancies, tax/pricing mismatches, and delayed claims.
• Cash Flow & Aging Analysis: Monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), track aging reports, and drive proactive collection efforts on delinquent balances.
• Reconciliation & Compliance: Perform sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations, support month-end/year-end close activities, and maintain internal financial controls (such as SOX compliance where applicable).
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the billing cycle and help implement automated tools or workflow enhancements.

At Parker's Industrial Process Filtration Division, we collaborate with our customers to offer filtration solutions for complex contaminant management issues. Our aim is to enhance product quality and safeguard critical equipment against maintenance issues and downtime.

The Industrial Process Filtration Division directly supports North America. In addition, IPF works with our global Parker Hannifin regional entities to leverage IPF products across the globe.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP and accounting platforms (such as Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
