Job summary

Johnsonville Sausage, LLC seeks an Accounts Receivable Temporary Support to partner with Finance and AR teams in the US Retail, Food Service and Canada regions. This role focuses on accurate check processing, reporting and supporting deductions while engaging with brokers and internal partners.

The position offers a part-time schedule of 10–15 hours weekly, with a temporary duration through the end of 2026 and a chance to contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed coursework/degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field preferred.
• Prior experience or exposure to Accounting, Finance, Accounts Receivable, or related business processes preferred.
• Computer Skills - with emphasis in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, One Note

Responsibilities

• Ownership over check processing including problem solving, research, analysis, and independent decision making
• Work in multiple systems, and understand how they interact with each other
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners, brokers, sales, IT, finance, customer service and logistics
• Handle the administration of adherence to deduction policies and procedures
• Continuous improvement mindset while being accountable for deduction metrics and continually able to analyze and explain impact of deduction transactions and check requests
• Willing to educate, support sales/brokers on deduction/claims process
• Provide weekly and/or monthly reporting to management as needed
• Other duties as assigned
