Accounts Receivable Specialist SLADE - Temp Your main responsibilities

Collector

• Communicate with customers with a focus on reducing the overall accounts receivable through outbound calls or written communication.
• Document all customer communication and prepare any necessary documents needed.
• Meet or exceed financial targets set by direct supervisor.
• Interdepartmental communication is a must to achieve financial results.

What you bring
  • Previous experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable preferred.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Confident and assertive communicator with the ability to negotiate effectively and professionally.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
