Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist - Senior Process Associate – French – Remote

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a member of the Invoice to Cash team. Employees will perform operational maintenance tasks and support the Invoice to Cash Team. The Management Trainee will also perform and be involved in multiple support functions to ensure that day-to-day operations are smooth. Candidates must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. The role will also provide backup leadership coverage for the Accounts Receivable Collection teams, as needed.

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle collections and account resolution with customers of delinquent accounts, provide customer service, develop payment arrangements, and assist in resolving customer complaints and problem accounts. Additionally, the role involves establishing relationships with key customer contacts.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine accounting reconciliations, reduce account aging, and establish clear and concise communications; participate in presentations of accounts receivable information to key customer contacts (team/Sales Directors).
  2. Forecast cash collections, evaluate issues, and communicate with internal and external contacts.
  3. Build effective relationships with internal and external customers.
  4. Support various AR activities aligned with the team.
  5. Provide support to the Team Leader as needed.
  6. Interact daily with internal and external customers, building relationships and communicating effectively, including follow-up on encouraged payments not received.
  7. Communicate daily activity of operations to meet deadlines efficiently.
  8. Develop process improvement ideas/initiatives.
  9. Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
  • University graduate in a related field (Accounting and Finance studies are an advantage).
  • Excellent command of French.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC Skills.
Preferred qualifications
  • Ability to build and maintain effective customer/client relationships.
  • Ability to operate across multiple systems and prioritize results-oriented tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate and negotiate with multiple partners to resolve issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
