Job summary

Labcorp in Graham, NC is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist I to manage billing, research discrepancies, and ensure timely processing of remittances. The role supports cross-functional teams and maintains SOPs.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience; proficiency in Outlook and Excel is preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable processes is preferred.

Labcorp is seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist I to join our team at Graham NC.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST

Responsibilities

• Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of remittance
• Remain flexible to everchanging priorities

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or more work experience

Additional Job Standards

• accounts receivable, billing, office administration, data entry work experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Access

Pay Range: $ 17.75 - $21.00 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
