Labcorp seeks a Payroll Coordinator II to join our Burlington, NC team. This role supports end-to-end payroll processing across locations with regular hours Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm EST. Responsibilities include data retrieval, analysis, reporting, and handling HR cases with accuracy and timeliness.
Minimum requirements include an associate degree and 3 years of payroll experience, or 5 years without a degree. Preferred experience with Workday and ADP SmartCompliance.

The Payroll Coordinator role provides end-to-end payroll support for the respective countries, ensuring accurate and on time delivery. This payroll role resides in the Global Payroll function, contributing to the end-to-end payroll process and ensuring that all payments and reporting deadlines, as well as local, state, country, etc. statutory compliance requirements are met.
