Pro Serv Food Equipment is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our financial team in New Bern, NC. You will be responsible for processing customer payments, maintaining accurate account records, and generating invoices and reports.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in accounting, strong Excel skills, and a keen eye for accuracy. You will collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve payment processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing and accurately recording transactions.
