You will access payer portals, respond to inquiries about claim status, and follow up to resolve payments. A high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace are required.

• High School diploma required; claims processing experience preferred.
• Able to access payer portals and verify information.
• Respond to inquiries regarding claim/account status in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve claim/payment issues as they occur.
• Must have high-speed internet at home and dedicated work space.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, edit and submit claims accurately and timely per payer guidelines.
• Access client files and payer websites to verify information.
• Respond to written inquiries regarding claim/account status.
• Manage claim assignments and follow up for cash resolution.
• Notify supervisor of compliance or payer trend issues impacting timely submissions.
