Randstad is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist in Massachusetts to manage invoices, payments, and collections activities. The role combines daily cash application with account reconciliation and proactive collections to minimize DSO.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in AR, billing and credit/collections, plus proficiency with ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP or Sage) and advanced Excel skills. This on‑site position offers daytime shift and a competitive pay range.
The Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate billing records, and resolving outstanding balances. This role combines daily cash application and account reconciliation with proactive B2B or B2C collections strategies to minimize credit risk and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
salary: $30 - $40 per hour
