Job summary

LK Jordan & Associates is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our manufacturing team near the airport area. You will focus on collections, customer account management, and applying payments to open invoices.

Responsibilities include making collection calls, following up with customers daily, researching discrepancies, and keeping management updated on progress and outstanding issues. Pay is $20-$25 per hour, weekly payday every Friday, and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Collections or Accounts Receivable experience.
• SAGE software experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and resolving issues.
• Proactive, organized and takes ownership of work.
