Ferrellgas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to engage with residential and commercial customers, discuss options, and bring accounts current. Under supervision, you will resolve past due balances and maintain accurate records in Excel.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in commercial collection or related experience, with strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. U.S. citizenship or proper work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of commercial collection experience.
• 1+ years of 1st party collection experience preferred.
• Basic Excel spreadsheet skills required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify issues and act independently to resolve them.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
