Rentokil North America in Kalamazoo, MI seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to perform routine clerical and accounting tasks, post electronic funds transfers, and reconcile financial records. You will interact with franchise owners to resolve discrepancies and delinquent balances in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an AA in Business Administration/Accounting or 5 years AR experience, plus strong MS Office and data entry skills.

Qualifications

• AA in Business Administration/Accounting, and/or 5 years accounts receivable related experience.
• Basic/advanced MS Office skills preferred.
• Advanced/intermediate data entry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
