Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to perform routine clerical and accounting tasks, post electronic funds transfers, and prepare financial reports. You will communicate with franchise owners about discrepancies and delinquent balances, ensuring accuracy and timely cash flow.

The ideal candidate has an AA in Business Administration/Accounting or 5 years AR experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Basic/advanced MS Office skills preferred.
• Advanced/intermediate data entry.

Incumbent Must Be Prepared To

• Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent Will Be Subject To

• Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
