Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable functions for assigned accounts.
• Identify outstanding debts and plan actions to recover payments.
• Make heavy outbound calls to debtors and explain payment options.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans with customers.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve account questions or complaints.
• Maintain updated account status in the database and communicate with supervisors.
