Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility billing environment is required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, private-pay, and third-party billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable, private-pay billing, third-party billing, and cash postings.
• Monitor private-pay spend-downs and Medicaid transition processes.
• Submit Medicare/Medicaid/private-pay/insurance claims and follow up on denials or overdue balances.
