This position involves supporting commercial customer accounts, maintaining accurate billing and credit documentation, researching payment issues, and working with internal teams to resolve accounts receivable matters.

Responsibilities

Maintain commercial customer accounts and assist with day-to-day accounts receivable activities.

Research billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer account adjustments.
