• Record cash receipts accurately and timely.
• Prepare bank deposits and maintain accounts receivable records.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Support other business office functions; maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate data management.
