Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Validate and monetize deductions for client accounts.
• Research and resolve accounts receivable pain points.
• Maintain accurate data on client portals and internal systems.
• Communicate via email and phone with clients as needed.
