Job summary

Dover Food Retail in South Chesterfield, Virginia is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support billing, collections, rebates, and other AR functions. This onsite role collaborates with our shared service accounts receivable team in Cebu and local accounting staff to help maintain accurate cash flow and timely financial information.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years of AR experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepares customer aging analysis and deductions
• Identifies invoicing and collection issues
• Calculates customer rebates
• Executes daily credit card billing
• Supports audits and provides schedules as needed
• Collaborates with shared services AR team in Cebu, Philippines
