Qualifications

• Ability to manage past dues, balance dues and credits effectively.
• Experience working closely with Service Center Managers and Account Managers.
• Strong capability in discovering and correcting billing errors.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage accounts to reduce days of sales outstanding.
• Recommend delinquent accounts to be placed on cash or collection.
• Ensure timely payments on customer's accounts.

Skills

Written and oral communication skills

Basic math skills

Basic computer knowledge including Excel, Outlook

Fluent in English
