Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst/Collections Analyst

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Location: 100% Remote

Pay: $18-$20 per hour on W-2

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end customer issue resolution and analysis for customers in one of the Business Groups for USAC Customer Operations.
• Research and analyze customer-specific payments, delinquencies, and creditworthiness to identify root causes and implement preventative actions.
• Support customers and internal partners by resolving delinquent accounts through extensive communication.
• Perform analysis of customer payment behaviors, review open accounts receivable, and investigate causes of delinquency.
• Establish and maintain credibility and trust with customers and internal teams.
• Manage disputes within the Accounts Receivable field.
• Utilize skills in financial statement analysis, negotiation, and credit principles.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite effectively, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, initiative, and ability to influence change.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience in B2B collections.
• Strong dispute management skills.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and credit principles.
