First Continental Mortgage Company is seeking an Accounts Payable & Treasury Manager to lead AP across multiple entities and manage daily treasury operations from Houston, TX or Charlotte, NC. Reports to the Controller and drives internal controls, accuracy, and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive accounting, accounts payable, or treasury experience.
• Three or more years of experience leading accounts payable or related accounting functions.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable controls, cash management, and treasury processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounts payable across multiple entities, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Oversee daily cash management, prepare cash position reports, and coordinate transfers and bank relations.
• Develop and maintain AP policies, procedures, and internal controls; drive process improvements and automation.
• Support audits with organized documentation, reconciliations, and analyses.
