Job summary

First Continental Mortgage (FCM) seeks an Accounts Payable & Treasury Manager in Houston, TX or Charlotte, NC. You will lead AP across multiple entities and oversee daily treasury operations, ensuring timely payments, strong controls, and compliance with company policies.

The role reports to the Controller and requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years in accounting/treasury and 3+ years leading AP teams. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting, accounts payable, or treasury experience.
• 3+ years leading accounts payable or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of AP controls, cash management, and treasury processes.
• Experience with banking platforms, electronic payments, wire transfers, and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounts payable across multiple entities.
• Manage check runs, ACH, wire transfers, and other disbursements.
• Maintain vendor master records and onboarding.
• Oversee daily treasury operations and cash movement.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop and document internal controls and procedures.
