SummaryUnder general supervision, this role completes a variety of clerical/administrative activities supporting company-wide disbursement processing.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Accounts Payable Technician position involves multiple dimensions and responsibilities including:
Invoice Identification
Routing invoices to the correct Simplot Approver & Location
Researching Invoice and Vendor history and payment methods
Matching and processing purchase orders to the correct receipts for payment
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
Relevant ExperienceSAP experience preferred
Able to operate general business machines such as computer, and similar office equipment efficiently and accurately
Perform routine mathematical calculations
Able to accurately complete high volume of work within specified time frames
Must be punctual and have regular attendance
Works a hybrid schedule 4:1 (4 days in office, 1 day remote per week); 7:30am – 4pm
