Job summary

Agropur Cooperative recherche un Technicien comptable fournisseurs pour traiter un grand volume de factures et assurer le rapprochement avec les commandes dans l'ERP SAP.

Le candidat doit posséder au moins deux années d'expérience en comptabilité, être organisé et capable de travailler sous pression tout en respectant les délais. Avantages complets et possibilités de développement professionnel.

Qualifications

• Dossier d'éducation requis ou équivalent.
• Minimum 2 années d'expérience en comptabilité/office.
• Expérience en comptes fournisseurs à haut volume souhaitée.
• Maîtrise de SAP et des outils MS Office.
• Doit pouvoir travailler avec peu de supervision et s'adapter rapidement.

Responsibilities

• Traiter un volume élevé de factures quotidiennes dans le système ERP.
• Analyser les messages d'erreur après la saisie des factures et corriger les écarts.
• Rapprocher les factures fournisseurs avec les bons de commande et comptabiliser dans le grand livre.
• Préparer et vérifier les notes de frais des employés et assurer le respect des politiques P2P.

What matters is real impact, not the volume of activity. **An environment that allows you to focus on what truly matters:*** Starting Rate: $20.81/hour* Monday-Friday 8am-4pm* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance* 401(k) with up to a 7% company match* 3 Weeks PTO* Paid holidays and 2 floating holidays* Advancement Opportunities* Tuition Reimbursement* Healthy work/life balance **Your role in achieving results** The Accounts Payable Technician is responsible for processing a high volume of daily invoices into an ERP system.* Analyze system error messages following the reading of invoices.* Evaluate, define and execute appropriate actions in the system, to resolve the errors mentioned while respecting the integrated process and the P2P policy.* Reconcile product and service invoices with purchase orders in the accounts payable system.* Code invoices to General Ledger.* Ensure efficient and accurate processing of exceptional invoices.* Communicate with buyers and approvers to obtain the required information.* Ensure the follow-up of transactions assigned to him in compliance with service standards and performance measures.* Review and process employee expense reports.* Understand or the ability to learn sales and use tax laws for multiple states.* Determine taxability on purchases as invoices are entered.* Any other related tasks may be added to this description. *This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.*## **What we are looking for to deliver these results:*** High School Diploma or equivalent required.* Associate's Degree in a related field from a two-year college or technical school preferred.* Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.* Minimum two (2) years of experience in an Accounting/Office environment required.* High volume accounts payable experience preferred.* SAP Experience.* Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, establish priorities, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.* Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software.* Ability to work with minimum supervision, adapt to a changing environment quickly, and think independently. **A role for those who want to contribute to measurable and sustainable results.** *Agropur accueille des personnes de toutes origines et de tous horizons.
