Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay experience.
• Experience coordinating workflows, training team members, or leading AP function.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems, strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Accounts Payable team through training, coaching, and day-to-day guidance.
• Coordinate daily AP operations to meet service levels, compliance, and deadlines.
• Review and process vendor invoices with accurate coding and approvals.
• Oversee three-way matching of POs, receipts, and invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Execute ACH, wire, and check payment processes; timely disbursements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage invoice approval workflows and resolve delays.
• Support vendor onboarding, escheatment, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Assist audits with documentation and adherence to controls.
