Job summary

Apogee Services Inc. is seeking an AP Support Specialist to handle centralized AP Help Desk inquiries in line with SLAs and SOPs. The role supports the Requisition to Pay process, with month-end reporting and analysis responsibilities.

Strong finance knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential for success. The position is located at our Viracon offices in Owatonna, Minnesota, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or finance or a high school diploma with 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely service to internal users and suppliers; resolve inquiries and assist with cross-functional projects.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners; maintain open lines of communication.
• Review supplier statements and perform account reconciliations (including intercompany).
• Secure supplier invoices for processing; assist with month-end close reporting and adjustments.
