Description
Purchase College is currently accepting qualified applicants for the Accounts Payable Supervisor position in our Procurement and Accounts Payable office. The Supervisor manages the day-to-day activities of the A/P Office, including developing and maintaining operational functions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and university policies and regulations.
The Supervisor ensures accurate and timely payments for state purchases of goods and services to vendors through the SUNY voucher and Statewide Financial System in accordance with State University procedures, State Finance Law, and State Comptroller’s Office regulations. Additionally, the position acts as the Travel and NET card administrator for the campus, ensuring expenditures and payments comply with federal and state guidelines. The Supervisor manages the A/P Specialist and is responsible for conducting annual performance reviews.
