Job description

Job Title: Vendor Maintenance Specialist

Looking for a Vendor Maintenance Specialist who can process POs, invoices, and reports. Must have a high sense of urgency and be able to handle a high-volume workload efficiently.

The candidate will work directly with vendors, perform statement reconciliation, and provide customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Vetting company policies and procedures
  2. Understanding business requirements and implementing reference architectures and technology solutions
  3. Helping team members by thoroughly understanding problems before implementing solutions and clarifying requirements as needed
  4. Adapting quickly to new environments and changing requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to scan/process invoices, POs, and reports
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong business, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle phases
  • Knowledge of basic office software
