loanDepot is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Irvine, CA to manage vendor invoice payments and rush check requests. The role involves reviewing invoices via Concur, routing to approvers, and resolving coding issues.

The ideal candidate has AP experience, familiarity with Concur and AMB, and is comfortable working onsite in Irvine. Mortgage industry exposure and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Accounts Payable and processing vendor invoices.
• Experience using accounting software such as Concur and AMB.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar field.
• Full-time onsite role based in Irvine, CA required.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $24.52 and $33.65. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
