Noble House Hotels and Resorts owns, manages, or operates a portfolio of 20+ luxury, independent hotels and resorts around the country, Canada and Mexico. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our corporate office located in Kirkland, WA.

What You Do:

Primary duties of Accounts Payable Specialist include:

  1. Full cycle Development AP Processing
  2. Development Construction In Process (CIP) Processing
  3. Development month-end close support
  4. Development accounting projects, as needed
  5. Monthly bank draw requests

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the implementation of a new accounting software system
  2. Assist with accounts payable entry and banking transactions
  3. Learn and understand multiple roles within the finance team to support team development

Requirements

To be successful as the Accounts Payable Specialist position, you:

  1. 2 years or more experience in Accounts Payable or directly related experience for multiple units and/or companies.
  2. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent experience resulting in the same knowledge
  3. You'll thrive if you enjoy working in a hands-on, collaborative environment where no two days are the same
  4. You are organized and prioritize well. You know how to handle many small transactions for lots of corporate entities, rather than lots of transactions for one company
  5. Must meet all Noble House Hotels & Resorts employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful passing of pre-employment criminal background check.

When joining our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will receive:

  1. Fulltime; $28.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour
  2. Benefits offered for medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, life insurance, 401K (with matching at one year) and travel perks around the country.
