Fernbank Museum of Natural History is seeking an Accounts Payable Staff Accountant in Atlanta, Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all accounts payable entries, processing invoices and checks, and supporting monthly reconciliations. Qualifications

• A Four-year degree in accounting or related field is required.
• At least two years working experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for A/P entries and check processing.
• Integrate Quickbooks and Tradogram purchasing software.
• Daily entry of A/P Invoices into Quickbooks.
• Reconcile month-end A/P aging report with G/L accounts.

Skills

Familiar with Quickbooks financial software

Experience with Tradogram and Quickbooks/Tradogram integration

Ten key by touch

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good organizational skills

Good communication skills
