In this role you will process incoming bills, maintain financial records, assist with month-end close, and uphold precise vendor files. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience of accounts payable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages outgoing vendor payments accurately and on time.
• Processes all incoming invoices.
• Maintains accurate financial records.
• Maintains accurate vendor records.
• Maintain W9 and appropriate tax forms.
• Assist in month end reconciliation.
