Gentex is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist II to manage high-volume invoice processing and mentor new team members. This onsite role is based in Holland, MI, focusing on accuracy, vendor service, and timely payments.

You will review invoices daily, resolve discrepancies, support weekly payment runs, and perform accruals and journal entries while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices daily and review for issues.
• Provide excellent service to vendors, facilities, and colleagues on AP transactions.
• Monitor invoices for discrepancies and support weekly payment runs.
• Perform monthly accruals and other journal entries as needed.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and received goods before payment.
• Lead and mentor new Accounts Payable team members.
• Identify swings in freight accounts and assist in trial balance preparation.
